CATS!!

Yesterday we took the kids to CATS - the Andrew Lloyd-Webber spectacular. They adored it with Nocholas saying there is no match with seeing something live. This was the kid's long anticipated Christmas present. I'm so glad they enjoyed it so much.

I think Donna and I have now seen it 3 times together and I have seen it one other time. Yes even after 24 or 25 years, can't quite work out how long ago it was we saw it the first time, it was still enjoyable.

We finished off with dinner out at Pasquale M near Roseanna. Absolutely superb Italian restaurant. The servings are huge and we left very full. I was so full that breaksfast this morning was a piece of toast and that's it.

SURPRISE! We've bought a caravan! We wandered off to the Caravan and camping show and bought one. A Coromal model Magna 526. It is perfect for 2 but will also easily accomodate all 4 of us.

Photo course

On the last 2 weekends of Feb I did the best Photography course I have done. It was with photographer Terry Murphy through the CAE. On day 1 we set up the camera and explored what the different buttons did. We followed that with an outside photo shoot in Melb laneways.

Day 2 was excellant. We spent the morning at Terry's studio with a model and did some shots using different light and lighting. I can't post any of the model as I don't have a publishing agreement with her. Isabella has superb complexion and features and was very photogenic.

For the afternoon we spent it back at CAE using Photoshop and adjusting photos. Time spent very well.

A course I can highly recommend.
